Our team completed a full downstairs renovation, focusing on adapting the current living spaces to support accessibility needs. We converted the garden room into a spacious conservatory, adding a new slate roof and skylight for added natural light. The back entrance was transformed into a modern wet room, connected to a new bedroom created from the former dining room. This extensive transformation enabled our client’s partner, who can no longer manage stairs, to live comfortably and independently on the ground floor.
